The Germany Travel Mart (GTM) is the central marketing platform and Germanys largest tourism trade congress, organised by the German board of tourism “DZT”. In 2013 it took place in Stuttgart from May 4th to 7th and counted over 1,200 guests consisting of international purchasing agents and journalists.
On behalf of Stuttgart-Marketing we organised the complete side programme of the congress: the official opening ceremony at the Ludwigsburg Residential Palace, the media conference at the Porsche Museum, the party night at the Mercedes-Benz Museum and the final evening on the “Stuttgarter Frühlingsfest” (a typical German funfair). Furthermore we supported the client by recruiting 120 volunteers: casting, briefing and coordination of all volunteers, all help desks in the hotels and planning of the transfers of all participants during those three days.
