Change Management Event

Client: Allianz

As part of the internal re-organisation employees the IT division should be integrated in the overall change management process. The employee event in Munich was one important step in this process. We prepared and realised this event in cooperation with the business consultancy Loquenz.

By using a mix of internal and external presentations, workshops (“World Café” – supported by a business theatre) a dialogue between management and employees came up, which was the base of a successful change management process.
