Hybrid annual kick-off event

Client: Kreissparkasse Göppingen

We are designing and organizing the annual kick-off event for the Kreissparkasse Göppingen for several years – in 2021 it was a hybrid event.

Approximately 30 employees were on site and 700 employees followed the event from home or from their computers at work. The program included a review and outlook, a contribution from an external speaker and a panel discussion. The following tasks were covered by us:

Realization on site

  • Studio setup (stage incl. branding, cameras, video direction, sound) at the client’s premises.
  • Direction/schedule: Briefing and coaching of actors, rehearsals, technical check, camera settings, lighting, …
  • Set-up and execution according to hygiene regulations for presence audience

Realization online

  • Design of a DSGVO-compliant homepage in the “Sparkasse look” for the transmission of the live stream (streaming server in Germany).
  • Login procedure for employees via log-in.
  • Integration of a feedback tool: possibility for employees to actively participate in the event.
  • Direction plan in order to make the programme more exciting for the audience in front of the monitors: Changing camera angles, integration of multi-screen for the transmission of media communication tools, music integration, …
  • Streaming test in advance
